"A properly planned and executed training program is nothing short of brutally hard work."

Welcome to Train Right Fitness

“If I could give only one message to every man and woman that would most impact their health, it would be this: Just Lift Weights.”

The Background

Throughout the 1970’s and 80’s, Arthur Jones boldly challenged professional athletes, body builders, and fitness enthusiasts alike by pushing back on the classic exercise paradigm stating  “…work harder, but very briefly and infrequently.”

These words espoused by the preeminent exercise physiologist and founder of the Nautilus and Medx corporation provide the foundation and inspiration to our organization and training methodology alike.

Our Story

Train Right Fitness was founded in April 2019 with a sole purpose of improving lives through resistance exercise. In order to accomplish this, we knew from the onset that we had to remove the barrier of “going to the gym” or simply being “one more stop” on the way home from work or on a busy weekend. Thus, we chose to lay our foundation physically inside the corporate world.

By forming unique symbiotic relationships with landlords and tenants alike, we are able to deliver an efficient, evidenced-based, personalized, and highly convenient workout experience directly within the workplace. We literally bring the workout to you!

At the same time, we wanted to be inclusive of anyone who was interested in reaping the plethora of benefits that resistance exercise has to offer. Therefore, despite the physical location of our gyms, our facilities are open to the public just like any other gym is. If this is something that intrigues you and you would like to be a part of, we are ready and eager to serve you!
